Mashimaro ni daisuki~♥

Guys, I need some help. I'm making a Cyborg 009-esque AU crossover story (yes, the obsession ain't over yet ), and I need some help with three of the cyborgs (or "crossborgs", as they're called there; the word is a portmanteau of "crossover" and "cyborg"). Here's who I thought of so far:

001 = Hana-chan (Ojamajo Doremi)
002 =
003 = Kotobuki Tsumugi (KeiOn)
004 = Ferb Fletcher (Phineas and Ferb)
005 = Monica de Souza (Monica’s Gang ◊
006 =
007 = Odd Della Robbia (Code Lyoko)
008 =
009 = Setsuna Higashi (Fresh Pretty Cure)

So the ones missing are basically 002, 006 and 008. And I need some suggestions. But there are some restrictions: they must be all guys (I want my team to have 5 boys and 4 girls), the character you suggested must have something in common with the cyborg you want him to play (character profiles here: [link]), and I DON'T ALLOW TDI CHARACTERS. Also, no characters from the same series as the characters I selected (the Cyborgs are all supposed to be from different countries, so the Crossborgs are from different series).

Does anyone have a good idea?
